CORRESPONDENCE

Baader's more important manuscripts, his letters, shorter writings, and ephemera are published in dispersed archival volumes. The most important one is the volume edited by Eva Züchner, Scharfrichter der bürgerlichen Seele - Raoul Hausmann in Berlin 1900-1933. Tristan Tzara

In the early 1980s, Richard Sheppard set a standard for the scholarly publication of documentary materials in his presentation of a group of Baader's letters to Tristan Tzara in 'Twelve Unpublished or Partially Published Items by Johannes Baader (1918-1921)', in Richard Sheppard (ed.), New Studies in Dada. Essays and Documents (Hutton Press : London 1981) 144-158. The original letters are in the Tristan Tzara Papers, housed at the Bibliothèque Littéraire Jacques Doucet, Paris.
